Lighthouse helps teams discover nearby businesses based on search preferences and identify potential customer opportunities around their sales territory. Usage and credits are visible on the Lighthouse dashboard.
Does Harbor Suite provide analytics?
Yes. Reports & Analytics provides performance reporting, trend analysis, operational visibility and decision support, alongside module-level analytics such as Scheme Analytics and Expense Voucher Analytics.
Does Harbor Suite use AI?
Harbor Suite offers AI-generated sales insights and AI-powered sales prediction as decision-support capabilities. They surface patterns and projections from your data to inform planning; they are not a substitute for judgement.
Does Harbor Suite support mobile access?
Yes. Employees and field teams can access relevant business information and workflows from a mobile app while working outside the office.
Can Harbor Suite integrate with existing systems?
